If outside Sydney Metro Area delivery, please contact our team for further discussion.
If you require your order to be delivered at a specific time or if you have any special requirement eg. Wedding service that required exact day delivery, please DM our instagram (@verabloom_floraa) /email: verabloom.inquiry@gmail.com before ordering to check availability.
You will receive an SMS text message the day before delivery to confirm delivery time. We will provide a one-hour delivery window. We want to ensure that your flowers arrive in the best possible condition so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. You can also authorise for us to leave your delivery at a safe place by replying to our SMS. Please understand we cannot guarantee if there is any damages during the unattended period.
If the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery, or cannot access the delivery address, we will contact the phone number provided with the order. To avoid additional fees, please make sure you answer the phone.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Although we are confident you will be satisfied with your order we also understand that sometimes things can go wrong.
At VERABLOOM we offer refund or exchange if our product is damaged during transport, Please be advised, we do not offer refund for deliveries that were authorised to leave at the safe place.
Please be advised we do not accept cancellations or returns on orders due to change of mind or reasons other than faulty product.
If you want to change your order before delivery SMS has been sent, you can contact our office : DM via our instagram (@verabloom_floraa). We will try our best to assist with change of order.
If you need to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:
All cancellations will incur an administration and/or processing fee. Please read our cancellation terms below.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 40% of the total order value.
Cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice before the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of $20.00 per order. We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been processed or are already with our courier for delivery.
